 The process of creating a batik paper is somewhat tedious but anyway I enjoy it. I am enjoying the way I use them in collages along with ink or acrylic on paper/canvas. Here are some more of them:

 I have been doing paper batik since long time and wanted to try collage with it but never did it. Guess today was the day. Used ink along with it. Here is the collage...Do drop in a comment if you liked it or not.

 I am enjoying these portraits though I struggle a lot but it's always a learning process. I completed this yesterday night so could not post. Here it is.

 As I promised in my last post that I will be painting everyday and shall post whatever I do, here is another in portrait . This is my hubby. Though I am not a portrait artist, I have taken this up just as a  challenge  to myself.

 Just finished a commissioned portrait . My daughter's friend's parents. Was a but difficult but end result was satisfying.

Due to increase in Corona cases we are that is Maharastra state under lockdown for 15 days. 

Have decided to paint everyday. Let's see how much I will be able to do but will be posting whatever I do. So do stay tuned. Right now plans are to do more in portraits . Wish me luck!

Right now a portrait is in completion. Some colours that remain in my palette gets dry if not used . So I had some small canvases half done. I tried to paint landscapes and really liked the result. I have always loved abstraction in landscapes. Had always been taking photographs of such scenery. Loved the green fields , the pond and reflection in pond, the sky meeting water.
